Mission
 
We will deliver transformative solutions with sustainable results by integrating the best practices in people, process and technology methodologies.  Doing so requires us to continually educate our consultancy in innovative applications that incorporate proven business solutions and leveraging the diverse experiences of our consultants.

• Quality – We drive towards sustainable results and are not willing to sacrifice for expediency.  We hold ourselves to high standards of performance and conduct that are consistently applied to all situations and environments.
• Value to the Client  - We engage in projects and engagements that result in improvement in our client’s profitability and efficiency, recognizing there will be times we are given the opportunity to do work and earn money that is not in the best interest of the client.
• Ethical - We subscribe to a high standard of ethical behavior in all we say and do.  We are uncompromising in applying this standard of ethics when working with our clients.  Our first rule is to never cause harm to a client. 
• Open minded – Realizing that we do not individually or collectively possess all the answers to all problems and situations, as a company we remain open to alternative approaches and concepts that will benefit our clients.
• Personable/approachable – Each of us has an individual style that we will use/adapt/improve to make us easy to do business with.
• Collaborative – Our consultancy is about working in collaboration with our clients so that the results, wins and gains are done together and never owned by mES.
• Educating our Clients – It is a company imperative to transfer to our clients, tools, knowledge and methodologies that leave them in a better position than before we arrived.

• Innovative – We strive to be an innovative company that looks for new solutions to existing problems understanding that not all we do will work.  We are not afraid of failure as that is the domain of true learning.

• Continuous learning – As a business and as individuals we value the process of assimilating new ideas, thoughts and ways of being.  There is no one value we hold higher than the pursuit of knowledge and truth.
• Passion – We bring a sense of excitement and awe to what we do.  As a community we will bring this to what we do each and every day.  An absence of passion should always be an indicator that something might be lacking in our commitment to our clients and each other.
• Communities – We reinvest with our time, talent, treasure to improve the communities in which we live and work.  We recognize that we are also part of numerous communities and will seek to enrich those also.
• Families – Our families come first.  We will not sacrifice the well-being of our families for personal or financial gain.
• Have fun – We are a community.  The journey through life is too short not to enjoy.  While work is a necessity we choose to come together to build a business.  In doing so laughing, playing and having fun is important so that we remember nothing is so serious that there isn’t time to enjoy each other.
