Marianne Chester
Marianne Chester is President and CEO of mEnterprise Solutions, LLC, a company specializing in providing expert advice to business owners, board of directors, associations and organizations to solve the challenges created by the evolution and integration of people, process and technology. She previously served as vice president of Global Information Services at Andrew Corporation. While there, Marianne led the enterprise-wide SOX compliance effort and also established the innovative Relationship Management program which worked to bridge the gap between Global IT and the fulfillment of the business strategy. She has been responsible for a number of international acquisitions and has held executive leadership positions with AT&T, Celiant Corporation, Frito Lay, Lucent Technologies, Texas Instruments, and VTech.
Marianne is an active member in the Greater Pocono Chamber of Commerce. After graduating from Leadership Pocono, Marianne was selected to become a member of the Board of Directors, immediately accepting the role of Mentor Chair. Today she serves as the organization’s Vice Chair and Mentor Committee Chair.
mES won the Greater Pocono Chamber of Commerce Bizzy Award in 2008 for Best Business Card Design. And in 2008 Marianne was awarded the American Red Cross Monroe Chapter Community Partnership Award for her outstanding commitment to the organization. In 2009, Marianne won the United Way’s Directors award and was named as one of the Pocono Business Journal’s Top 10 Women in Business in the region. She also participated in mock interviews for high school seniors who attended Monroe Career and Technical Institute.
Marianne serves on the Leadership Committee for Wall Street West (WSW) WIRED workforce development initiative and is also a Member of the Financial Services Industry Advisory Committee to the WSW Community College Collaborative to ensure a qualified 21st century workforce. She is a member of PA STEM, responsible for organizing regional STEM networks to promote Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math education.
Dedicated to working with the United Way for many years, Marianne is a co-chair for the Commercial Trades Division United Way Fundraising for 2009. She is an active member of the Ambassador’s Committee for Pocono Medical Center. Marianne serves as President of the Advisory Board for Catholic Social Services and is on the finance committee for her parish council.
Tom Rhiel, Partner
Tom Rhiel is a partner in mEnterprise Solutions a consultancy providing strategic business services. Prior to joining mES Tom was the founder of Performance Innovations Consulting Group, Inc., a consultancy specializing in change management and cultural transformation. Before becoming an independent company, Performance Innovations was initially an entrepreneurial venture organized under the leadership of Tom as a professional services consulting division of Lucent Technologies. Tom subsequently became the Managing Partner of this group. The mission at that time was to assist organizations in managing the change resulting from large technology and systems implementations. Performance Innovations became a separate company in 2001.
Tom is a former executive of AT&T, Lucent Technologies and Avaya. In 1986 he moved from operations into the AT&T corporate training arena. During his tenure, he played a key role in the cultural evolution of those companies. Tom led many of the cultural integration efforts that resulted from a number of mergers and acquisitions made by AT&T, Lucent and Avaya. In addition to his expertise in change management, Tom has also worked extensively in the areas of training and development, training evaluation, organizational and team effectiveness, strategic planning, development of business metrics and measurements and organizational development and design.
Tom has a BA in History and Political Science from Bridgewater College, Va. and a MA from Georgetown University in International Studies. He has also completed graduate work at the University of Michigan’s Business School for Executive Education in Human Resource Strategic Planning and Columbia University in Organizational Psychology. He formerly was a member of the Board of Directors for AT&T Consumer Products.
Carolé Ann Bowyer 
Carolé Ann Bowyer brings a strong customer service and management background to the mES Team. She has more than 25 years of experience working in the hotel/resort industry quickly advancing throughout the years to become an owner/operator of a popular destination spot. Carolé Ann realized that success is measured not only by the financial profits made in business but how true leaders utilize their talents to help others within their communities.
Carolé Ann turned her many talents into a passion for helping others and frequently is found volunteering with many organizations. She served as President of the American Heart Association for three consecutive years which honored her as volunteer of the year in 1995, Past President of Kiwanis Pocono Daybreak, Past Distinguished Lt. Governor of PA District Kiwanis International, and is currently on the Board of United Way of Monroe County. She’s a member of many community organizations such as Pocono Medical Center Auxiliary, Kiwanis Pocono- Daybreak Club, Business Development Committee of Greater Pocono Chamber of Commerce, Sherman Theater, Pocono Arts Council, and the Jacob Stroud Corporation. She has also served on the Foxmoor / Marshalls Creek YMCA task force and the Golf Committee for the Pocono Mountains Visitors Bureau.
Her leadership talents are sought after by many. In 2007 Carolé Ann was asked to serve as Facilitator of Leadership Pocono, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Greater Pocono Chamber of Commerce for the Class of 2007-2008.
Carolé Ann continues to inspire others to maintain a balance in life. In addition to her work and volunteer activities, Carolé Ann is an avid runner and author.
Denise M. Burdge 
Denise Burdge serves as Director of Client Services for the mES team. Denise brings professional management and community leadership experience through retail and commercial banking, and twenty years of community volunteerism.
Denise has held various positions with regional and national banks including Regional Vice President for KNBT a division of National Penn, and Human Resources and Branch Administrator for Pocono Community Bank a division of First National Bank of Berwick. She has had the opportunity to work with all sizes and types of business entities including start ups and large international companies.

Denise has lead several volunteer organizations including: Chairman of the Board for the Greater Pocono Chamber of Commerce in 2007-2008, past President of the Rotary Club of the Stroudsburgs and past Treasurer for Workforce Investment Board Pocono Region. She has served in leadership roles for the Pocono Builders Association, Monroe County Historical Association, Pocono Family YMCA, and Leadership Pocono.
Recognitions include the 2001 Athena Award presented by Grey Chevrolet and the Greater Pocono Chamber of Commerce and the 1994 Associate of the Year for the Pocono Builders Association.
Dave Perrego
Dave Perrego joined mEnterprise Solutions in early 2009. Dave has worked for a number of years in both the hospitality and residential real estate industries. He develops and implements strategies for process improvement for clients. Dave’s experience has given him a broad knowledge in management, Human Resources, training and facilitating. As a Team Leader, he has developed and written policies for processes, created efficient reporting mechanisms for his sales teams, and designed financial processes and policies to standardize reporting for the management teams.
