We are in business for many reasons, business & personal. The purpose of this exercise is to determine the degree to which the leaders of the business possess the same drivers. Please assign a number that represents a % for each driver that is a reason for being in business. Your total should add up to 100. You can split up the percentages in any way that makes sense. You can put 100 in one of the attributes (driver) or as many that make sense to you. It’s not necessary to have a number assigned to each attribute.
